Monthly on-farm Gardeners Club meetings are cancelled until the coronavirus threat is past.
2020 Gardeners Club
Our newest program aims to provide aspiring gardeners with the knowledge, skills, and resources to build and maintain a diverse backyard vegetable garden throughout the growing season! The Gardeners Club meets on the second Saturday of each month at 11:00 AM to give folks the opportunity to share progress on their gardens, ask questions, and learn from our 1,000 ft2 Home Demonstration Garden. Here are some of the other perks Gardeners Club members enjoy:
Free seeds and starts
Vegetable growing guides
Home garden visits from BUF staff
Potluck lunches on the BUF
Produce from our Home Demonstration Garden
To keep the Gardeners Club flourishing, we ask members to pay annual dues of $10, which can be paid by mailing a check to Sustainable Berea at 107 Grant Street or at the first meeting on the BUF. If you’re interested in joining the club, please sign up below or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. And make sure to keep your eyes peeled for new posts on our blog with updates on what we’re growing!
