Teaching from the BUF

Are you interested in growing your own vegetables, but don’t know much about gardening? We wish we could bring you to the urban farm and teach you what we know, but for now we can’t. So instead,  Sustainable Berea is offering a free educational series via Zoom for those new to home gardening.  Each 45-minute event will begin with a short lesson on a specific topic that will help guide beginners through their first growing season.

We will meet on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 10 am to 10:45 am. There will be 15 minutes on the scheduled topic, 15 minutes about what is happening on the Berea Urban Farm, and 15 minutes for questions and sharing by participants.  If you are a more advanced gardener, you are welcome to join us and share your wisdom!
