The Berea Urban Farm is a 1.4-acre educational market garden that grows food for the community, teaches others how to grow food, farms in a way that restores the land, creates jobs, and builds community.
More than 40 donors -- individuals and organizations, $5 to $2000 -- have put us over the top to claim our challenge grant!
Join us 10 am March 31 on the BUF to learn how to graft apple and pear trees (and take one home if you want). Learn how you can be part of the Neighborhood Perennials Project
WE DID IT!
The Neighborhood Perennials Project
We received very generous gifts on March 20th from the Union Church & the Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union.
These gifts put us "over the top" on our goal. We captured the $50,000 grant!
We are grateful.
