Growing with our neighbors

10th Annual Victory Garden Blitz
Serving Madison County
April 12-14, 2024

The Victory Garden Blitz supports greater food security and better health for our community by making available cedar raised beds, soil, seeds, starts and gardening information to home gardeners.

Volunteers are needed for small but essential tasks from October through April 14. To volunteer go to: Volunteer page

Full-service cedar, raised garden beds are available as well as Do It Yourself (DIY) Options.

You must order your DIY kit and/or your full-service beds by April 5 to be included in the BLITZ. To order go to: Sustainable Berea Store

Generous gifts from individuals and foundations make discounted raised garden beds possible. To donate to the Blitz go to: Donation page

Join us in this 10th year of service to our community by  making a gift or volunteering.

Impact of our work

We have provided a minimum of 1,490 raised garden beds over the nine years this program has existed.

For the 10th Blitz, our goal is 275 beds.

Join us to help make this happen!
