​This is the 10th year for the Victory Garden Blitz! In the first nine years, Sustainable Berea dedicated volunteers provided materials for 1,464 raised garden beds throughout our community. The  capacity for 2024 is 275 raised beds.

The Victory Garden Blitz supports greater food security and better health for our community by making available cedar raised beds, soil, seeds, starts, and gardening information to people wanting to grow food at home, in school yards, and public places.

 Full service beds are $120 and DIY (Do It Yourself) kits are $60. Phone the Sustainable Berea office at: 859 985 1689 to discuss sliding scales prices for the cedar beds.
